Sarakanda, a font for dyslexic children

A friend let me know in an e-mail that someone was making a font for dyslexic children. Alejandro Valdez is a graphic designer and university teacher in Paraguay. He’s been using several sources to design Sarakanda. The font is not ready yet but if you know Spanish you can learn more about its development process. There have been some experiments going on and there will be a thesis at UAB before the font is released.
